You'll become part of the Technology Team, delivering hands-on systems engineering and operational support across business-critical IT environments, and you'll have real input into the stability, scalability, and continuous improvement of the services we deliver across Navarino HQ and our branches abroad.\nThis is a role with room to grow: you'll be exposed to a modern, evolving tech stack spanning cloud-connected infrastructure, and enterprise-grade systems - and you'll have the support and mentorship to build deep expertise and take on more responsibility over time.\nIn this role you will:\nInstall, configure, administer, and support Windows Servers, workstations, NAS systems, printers, Wi-Fi, and network-connected devices, working with modern, up-to-date infrastructure tools\nMonitor and maintain system availability, performance, and security across customer and internal environments\nPerform proactive system maintenance, updates, and patching to ensure reliability and compliance\nDesign, implement, and maintain backup, recovery, and business continuity procedures\nMaintain accurate technical documentation, system diagrams, and procedures\nCollaborate closely with internal teams (Engineering, Support, Projects) in a collaborative, no-silos culture where knowledge-sharing and mutual support are the norm\nYou'll be joining a team where your ideas are heard, your growth is invested in, and the tools you work with keep pace with where the industry is headed.\nRequirements\nFour-year degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or equivalent\nExpertise in Windows Domain Infrastructure\nSolid understanding of networking\nExperience with windows internals and troubleshooting complex issues\nGood organization skills and high attention to detail\nSecurity oriented mindset\nFluency in spoken and written English\nGreat to have\nWorking experience in IT administration\nFamiliarity with relational databases\nVendor
