You will act as part of the customer’s Technology Team, and you will be providing expert technical customer support aiming at a five-star customer experience. This role encompasses back-end IT support for business-critical and development-related Marine companies that utilizing Navarino Digital Service Portfolio.\nIn this role you will:\nInstall, configure, and manage Windows Servers, NAS, Printers, Wi-Fi, and Computers\nProvide technical support and guidance to vessel end users including troubleshooting and new software installations\nPerform system maintenance in all aspects\nCreate system backups and maintain system security\nUndertake organized project-based scenarios in terms of software/ERP or other third party apps on a per vessel/fleet basis \nKeep positive relationships with customers and assess customer feedback\nAdminister efficient work of the vessel NDS infrastructure, analyze failures and assist to service restoration\nManage and monitor system plans and supervise all activities for plan and unplanned systems\nInstall and configure various applications and products of our portfolio\nRequirements\n Four-year degree in CS, EE, Math, or equivalent experience\n 3-5 years of experience on a similar role\n Expertise in Windows Domain Infrastructure\n Solid understanding of networking\n Experience with windows internals and troubleshooting complex issues\n Well organized and high attention to detail\n Security oriented mindset\n Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English language\n Great to have\n Master’s degree or vendor certifications such as Microsoft and Networking oriented\n Basic Linux knowledge should be considered as a plus\n Database knowledge is a plus\n Experience working
