In this role, you will act as the primary technical advisor and main point of contact for customers, combining senior system integration expertise with service management responsibilities. You will ensure seamless service delivery, technical excellence, and high levels of customer satisfaction.\nIn this role you will:\nAct as the technical escalation point for complex issues\nTroubleshoot complex technical problems across systems, networking, cybersecurity, and vessel ICT environments\nAct as the main technical point of contact for customers and manage technical expectations\nMaintain strong customer relationships and ensure smooth communication\nEvaluate customer feedback and support continuous service improvement\nEnsure consistent, high-quality service delivery\nLiaise with internal teams to ensure effective service execution\nConduct audits of systems, services, and inventory\nResearch new technologies and propose improvements\nSupervise system updates, patches, and security controls\nManage planned and unplanned system activities\nOversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems and applications\nCoordinate project executions with SysAdmin team\nOversee data protection processes and ensure adherence to best practices\nFollow ITIL-aligned practices for IT support operations\nTrack service metrics, audit tickets, and ensure SLA compliance\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field\nMinimum 5 years of experience in a similar technical or service delivery role\nAdvanced knowledge of Windows systems integration (domain controllers, DNS, DHCP, application servers, etc.) for a medium on-prem environment\nExperience with peripherals like NAS, APs, printers, switches etc.\nStrong understanding of networking and cybersecurity\nExperience with IT service management and ITIL practices\nAbility to troubleshoot complex technical issues\nStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skills\nCustomer-oriented mindset \nGreat to have\nMaster’s degree in a relevant field\nVendor certifications (Microsoft, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco)\nSecurity certifications (e.g. CompTIA Security+, CISSP or equivalent)\nITIL, PRINCE2, or similar certifications\nFamiliarity with maritime ICT environments \nBenefits\nBeyond offering a
