The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining the front-end and back-end of navex.com, ensuring a fast, scalable, and modern web experience. You will be responsible for delivering a fast, scalable, accessible, and modern web experience for both website visitors and internal content editors. We provide clear, competitive compensation designed to recognize measurable outcomes and real impact. \nWhat you’ll do:\nDevelop and maintain the front-end and back-end of navex.com, ensuring a seamless user experience both for site editors and visitors\nDevelop and maintain our Sanity CMS implementation, including content schemas, content models, GROQ queries, Studio configuration and editor experiences\nDevelop and maintain our Hugo implementation, including templates, components, layouts and integrations with our headless CMS\nBuild modern, responsive and accessible user experiences using HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript and React where appropriate\nDevelop and maintain integrations between Sanity, third-party platforms and other services using APIs and webhooks\nMaintain and improve our Netlify deployment and build processes, including build configuration, preview deployments, environment configuration, redirects and troubleshooting\nWrite and maintain clean, reusable code across the stack, adhering to industry standards\nHelp to maintain documentation for all development activities\nParticipate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards, testing practices and overall code quality.\nCollaborate with team members to estimate project efforts, identify bottlenecks, and propose scalable solutions\nPerform regular code reviews with other members of the development team\nWork closely with the content and design teams to ensure consistent, modern, and accurate content presentation\nDevelop and maintain Sanity CMS editor to allow content editors to manage the site content\nEnsure website is optimized for performance and SEO\nTroubleshoot and resolve cross-functional issues across the stack\nEstablish, with the help of the team, best practices for code quality and testing\nSupport the development and maintenance of a large-scale multilingual we\nWhat you’ll bring:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field\n5+ years of experience in Full-Stack Development\nExperience with headless architecture and a headless editor\nExperience with Hugo or another static site generator\nProficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and GitHub\nFamiliarity with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)\nExperience with headless architecture and API development\nExperience developing and consuming REST and/or GraphQL APIs\nExperience with git and continuous integration workflow\nExperience with Sanity CMS or similar headless platforms is a plus\nKnowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Netlify)\nStrong debugging and problem-solving skills across the web stack\nAbility to work independently, take ownership of technical problems and collaborate effectively as part of a distributed team\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams\nCulture Agility.
