This includes risk profiling, third-party due diligence, regulatory change management, and related capabilities across our integrated risk management suite. We provide clear, competitive compensation designed to recognize measurable outcomes and real impact.\nWhat you’ll do:\nDefine and communicate the strategy, desired outcomes, and investment priorities for our Risk customer value streams\nLead Risk PMs toward shared goals; set clear accountability, coach decision quality, develop talent, and build an inclusive, high-performing team\nDirect continuous discovery, Voice of the Customer, product analytics, and competitive research to identify important problems, strengthen differentiation, and anticipate market shifts\nFrame complex choices and resolve portfolio tradeoffs using customer impact, business value, evidence, feasibility, and strategic fit\nOwn an integrated roadmap across teams; orchestrate dependencies, sequencing, and delivery while protecting the highest-value outcomes\nEstablish measurable product outcomes; use customer, product, and financial evidence to inspect progress, learn, and adapt\nShape executive-level narratives, advise senior leaders, and align cross-functional partners around priorities, decisions, and change\nPartner with Engineering and Design on scalable product practices, experimentation, AI-enabled experiences, and improvements to speed, quality, and learning\nPartner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Finance on business cases, launch, adoption, retention, and growth\nWhat you’ll bring:\n8+ years of progressive product-management experience delivering enterprise software, platform, or SaaS products; governance, risk, and compliance experience is preferred\n2+ years leading, coaching, and developing Product Managers or comparable product teams, including geographically distributed teams\nDemonstrated success setting multi-product strategy, making investment tradeoffs, and achieving measurable customer and business outcomes\nDeep capability in customer discovery, market and competitive analysis, product analytics, business cases, and go-to-market\nStrong business acumen and executive communication, with the ability to simplify complexity, influence difficult decisions, and build commitment without relying on authority\nExperience with Agile continuous delivery, with the ability to move effectively between strategy, operations, and organizational change\nHigh tolerance for ambiguity, sound judgment, and a willingness to take informed risks while modeling customer focus, urgency, candor, and integrity\nCulture Agility.
