We provide clear, competitive compensation designed to recognize measurable outcomes and real impact.\nWhat you’ll do:\nSupport payroll processing for 300+ team members across different geographies, including India, Japan and EMEA. Strong India payroll experience required. \nSupport payroll operations across multiple countries, managing different pay frequencies, currencies, and statutory requirements\nCollaborate closely with Finance and regional partners to ensure payroll accuracy, data integrity, and compliance\nMaintain and reconcile payroll accounts, supporting month-end close and audit processes\nStay current on international payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements, identifying opportunities for process improvement\nAssist with payroll system updates, testing, and implementations to enhance efficiency and scalability\nProvide exceptional service to team members by responding promptly to payroll inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism\nSupport reporting and analytics efforts for global payroll metrics \nProvide operational support for Talent Rewards programs, including preparing and maintaining job change worksheets, processing job changes in the HRIS, and producing recurring and ad hoc reports to support data accuracy, program administration, and business needs.\nAdvance NAVEX's goals and operational effectiveness by learning and using AI-based tools\nWhat you’ll need:\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)\n5+ years of experience processing and supporting global payroll in a multinational organization\nCertified Payroll Professional (CPP) or equivalent international certification preferred\nStrong English language skills both written and verbal\nStrong working knowledge of payroll regulations, tax compliance, and labor laws across multiple regions (e.g., North America, EMEA, or APAC)\nExperience with enterprise payroll systems such as Dayforce or ADP Celergo\nStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate across functions and cultures\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a commitment to accuracy and compliance. \nThe desire to learn, explore and experiment with AI tools\nA commitment to ethical and inclusive use of AI in our hiring and workplace practices\nAbility to drive results through your job competencies of influence, strategic execution, talent development, attention to detail, decision making and stewardship while leveraging NAVEX’s core values\nCulture Agility. Shifts ending between 12:00 AM IST and 07:00 AM IST are eligible for a night shift differential of 500 INR/day.
