If so, this Senior Implementation Specialist role may be a great fit for you!\n\nNAVEX is seeking a contract Senior Implementation Specialist for an 18-month engagement who will thrill, delight, and guide our customers through the implementation of our integrated risk and compliance management software and solutions. We provide clear, competitive compensation designed to recognize measurable outcomes and real impact.\nWhat you’ll do:\nProvide world-class customer service to all NAVEX customers \nProactively reach out to existing customers to initiate and coordinate migration efforts, clearly communicating the benefits of transitioning from legacy platforms to NAVEX solutions\nSet expectations, establish project timelines, and motivate our customers to deliver within scope and on time\nCoordinate internal and external resources via verbal and written communication for the flawless execution of customer projects\nManage multiple implementation projects, prioritizing project responsibilities, executing project deliverables and tracking projects to successful completion\nMaintain accurate customer and project records \nDemonstrate use cases for migration effort\nConfigure customer software using proprietary tools\nProvide project status updates and reliable project completion forecasting to your team manager at regularly scheduled meetings and as requested \nMaintain individual Key Performance targets\nBe present in the NAVEX office at least 2 days per week \nWork on other exciting internal initiatives, as specified by your team manager\nWhat you’ll need:\n3+ years of experience in a customer service, project management, and/or implementation role\nSaaS experience strongly desired\nExperience supporting North American customers via phone and email\nSuperior verbal and written communication skills \nA high level of attention to detail, excellent follow through, consistently reliable and accountable\nThe ability to work independently as a self-starter and within a team environment\nThe ability to learn and assimilate new information quickly\nFlexibility to adjust to a dynamic work environment and contribute to a growing team\nThe ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work within fixed deadlines\nThe ability to foster customer relationships\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office and Salesforce\nCulture Agility.
