As Senior Manager, Software Engineering for QA Operations, you’ll drive initiatives across Quality, DevOps and Release Engineering to strengthen how we test, build and release software. We provide clear, competitive compensation designed to recognize measurable outcomes and real impact.\nWhat you’ll do:\nLead cross-functional initiatives that improve software quality, release readiness and delivery reliability\nBuild and drive a release process roadmap with clear priorities, owners and measurable outcomes\nPartner with Quality, DevOps and Release Engineering to strengthen testing and quality checks within CI/CD pipelines\nImprove test environments, test data and release processes to remove bottlenecks and reduce manual work\nDefine metrics that make quality and delivery performance visible, including escaped defects, test reliability and release stability\nDrive root-cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring defects, failed deployments and process gaps\nEstablish practical standards for release readiness, risk escalation and accountability across teams\nAlign stakeholders, resolve dependencies and drive initiatives from problem definition through adoption\nWhat you’ll bring:\n7+ years’ experience in quality, DevOps, release management or related areas, with at least 5+ years in leadership/management roles\nExperience leading cross-functional initiatives in a SaaS environment\nStrong expertise in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)\nWorking knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)\nSolid understanding of enterprise SaaS applications, microservices, and cloud platforms (Preferred: AWS)\nProven experience in scaling automation, DevOps pipelines, release processes for large, distributed applications\nClear, direct communication and sound judgment when balancing speed, quality and operational risk\nExperienced working in a globally distributed team in a remote-only environment\nA track record of delivering cross-functional initiatives and influencing technical teams without direct authority\nHands-on problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex issues into clear priorities and actions\nExperience using quality and delivery data to identify risks, guide decisions and measure results\nStrong program management skills, with disciplined follow-through on milestones, dependencies and outcomes\nCulture Agility.
