Working directly with customers, you will gather and document requirements, configure NAVEX solutions to meet business objectives, manage implementation timelines and milestones, coordinate cross-functional resources, and ensure successful adoption of the platform. We provide clear, competitive compensation designed to recognize measurable outcomes and real impact.\nWhat you’ll do:\nPartner with customers to evaluate existing systems, process, and/or user needs to analyse, recommend, design and implement best-practices associated to multiple applications\nLead customer implementations from discovery through configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live\nServe as the primary project manager responsible for project timelines, risks, milestones, communications, and successful delivery\nManage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously and consistently with minimal supervision\nAnalyse and map customer business requirements to implementation objectives and the defined Scope of Work\nLiaise between cross functional teams to coordinate and execute the project lifecycle\nDevelop and maintain a deep understanding of the functional architecture of various NAVEX software solutions\nPresent NAVEX’s products and services to customers while providing functional and technical expertise\nUtilise Salesforce.com and Professional Service Automation tools to optimize Sales and Project Management activities\n10% - 15% air travel, including overnight stays, may be required\nWhat you’ll bring:\nBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience\n3+ years of consulting and software implementation experience; Ethics & Compliance industry experience in Training, Policy or Ethics a plus\nExperience with business process management and implementing SaaS delivery models; creating comprehensive business process and/or training documentation\nStrong analytical and decision-making ability; used to gathering business requirements and solution orientated proposals\nExcellent organisational and interpersonal skills; ability to work with a cross functional, remote team and coordinate project escalations\nSelf-motivated with the ability to work under tight deadlines and respond to changing business and technical environments\nProven project management, planning and presentation skills\nExperience conducting meetings/presentations using web tools\nCulture Agility.
