We provide clear, competitive compensation designed to recognise measurable outcomes and real impact.\nWhat you’ll do:\nBuild the market, customer, financial and operational analyses that underpin our enterprise strategy\nDevelop business and investment cases — sizing opportunities, testing assumptions and quantifying the value at stake\nTranslate analysis into clear recommendations, making the reasoning, trade-offs and risks explicit\nTrack performance against strategic goals and KPIs, surfacing trends, gaps and required actions\nPartner with the Director, Strategic Operations on planning cycles, market scanning and CSO priorities\nStructure and lead defined transformation initiatives from mobilisation through to delivered outcome\nEstablish the work plans, governance, milestones and success measures that turn strategy into execution\nManage risks, dependencies and cross-functional decisions, escalating early to keep delivery on track\nKeep stakeholders aligned through clear executive updates and hold teams accountable for follow-through\nWhat you’ll bring:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field (MBA preferred)\n5+ years of relevant experience, including 2–3 years in management consulting (McKinsey/Bain/BCG/Kearney/Deloitte/EY-Parthenon), private equity, venture capital or corporate strategy\nStrong quantitative and analytical skills, including financial modelling and comfort with incomplete data\nAbility to structure ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses, workstreams and decisions\nProgramme and project management capability — work planning, governance, risk and dependency management\nExperience influencing and aligning stakeholders across functions without formal authority\nExcellent written and verbal communication; ability to make complex analysis clear to senior audiences\nProven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and follow-through\nAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, familiarity with business intelligence tools, and interest in B2B SaaS\nCulture Agility.
