Join us in shaping the future of intelligent logistics.\nThe Role\nThe Technical Project Manager will help drive the planning and execution of multiple projects spanning Navflex customers, strategic partners, suppliers, and internal product development.\nReporting to the Director of Product, this role will work across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Field Deployment, typically managing 3-5 concurrent projects from initial planning through successful delivery and closeout.\nThis is a hands-on execution role. You will establish clear plans, milestones, ownership, dependencies, and risk tracking across technically complex projects involving both internal teams and external organizations. You will be expected to identify issues early, drive follow-up, escalate blockers, and keep teams aligned around commitments and deadlines.\nThe right candidate combines solid project-management fundamentals with a structured problem-solving and continuous-improvement mindset.\nSuccess Measures\nSuccess in this role will be measured by:\nConsistent achievement of customer, partner, supplier, and internal project milestones\n\nClear project plans with defined owners, deliverables, dependencies, and acceptance criteria\n\nEarly identification and escalation of schedule, technical, supplier, and customer risks\n\nEffective management of 3-5 concurrent projects\n\nReduced delays caused by unclear ownership, incomplete follow-up, or unresolved dependencies\n\nStrong coordination across Product, Engineering, Field Deployment, suppliers, partners, and customers\n\nClear project reporting that allows leadership to quickly understand status, risks, and decisions required\n\nEffective project closeout and incorporation of lessons learned into future programs\n\nWhat You’ll Do\nManage 3-5 concurrent projects, including customer deployments, supplier programs, OEM/partner initiatives, and internal product-development projects\n\nBuild and maintain project plans covering scope, schedule, milestones, dependencies, resources, risks, and acceptance criteria\n\nTranslate complex technical programs into clear deliverables, owners, deadlines, and decision points\n\nLead recurring project reviews across Product, Engineering, Operations, Field Deployment, suppliers, partners, and customers\n\nAssist with development execution using agile project management methodologies\n\nTrack actions and ensure commitments are completed or escalated before they become schedule issues\n\nMaintain project risk registers and coordinate mitigation plans for technical, schedule, supplier, resource, and customer risks\n\nCoordinate suppliers and external partners to keep deliverables aligned with Navflex requirements and schedules\n\nCoordinate cross-functional projects and follow-up activities arising from customer deployments, ensuring technical issues, product needs, customer commitments, and dependencies are clearly owned, tracked, and driven to resolution\n\nPartner closely with Engineering teams to understand and track technical dependencies\n\nProvide clear project reporting covering progress, risks, blockers, upcoming milestones, and decisions required\n\nFacilitate structured problem-solving and corrective-action activities when projects encounter significant execution issues\n\nHelp develop and continuously improve Navflex's project-management processes, templates, and operating cadence\n\nTravel to customer, supplier, partner, and Navflex locations as required to support project execution\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\nProject Management Expertise\nStrong project-management fundamentals across scope, schedule, risk, dependencies, and stakeholder management\n\nExperience coordinating technical projects involving multiple teams and external organizations\n\nExperience working with software development and agile methodologies\n\nAbility to manage several projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail\n\nExperience working directly with suppliers, partners, and/or customers\n\nFamiliarity with preferably involving technical products, industrial systems, or complex operations\n\nExperience managing multiple projects or workstreams concurrently\n\nExperience coordinating across Engineering, Product, Operations, Supply Chain, and/or Field teams\n\nExperience working directly with external suppliers, partners, or customers\n\nWorking knowledge of project planning, risk management, dependency management, and project reviews\n\nDemonstrated ability to identify project problems and coordinate teams toward resolution\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\n\nAbility to work primarily on-site in Broomfield, Colorado\n\nAbility to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%\n\nPreferred, But Not Required\nExperience in robotics, industrial automation, material handling, automotive, manufacturing equipment, or other complex electromechanical systems\n\nLean Six Sigma Green Belt or practical experience applying Lean/Six Sigma methodologies\n\nPMP, CAPM, or equivalent project-management training\n\nPMI-ACP, CSM or equivalent agile project management training\n\nExperience managing projects or workstreams associated with customer deployments, field operations, or complex technical implementations\n\nExperience working with international suppliers, OEMs, or technology partners\n\nExperience coordinating projects involving both hardware and software\n\nFamiliarity with FMEA, 8D, DMAIC, 5-Why, fishbone analysis, or similar structured problem-solving methods\n\nExperience working in a high-growth technology company where processes are still being developed\n\nCompensation and Benefits\nThe base salary range for this role is $105,000-$130,000, depending on experience, technical background, and demonstrated qualifications relevant to this position.
