Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\n\n- Mentor developers and provide technical guidance across the software development lifecycle.\n\nRequired Skills : \n\n- 8-12 years of experience in software development and solution architecture.\n\n- Strong expertise in C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.\n\n- Extensive experience with Application Architecture, Design Patterns, and Distributed Systems.\n\n- Strong proficiency in SQL Server, T-SQL, query optimization, and database performance tuning.\n\n- Experience building RESTful APIs and enterprise integration solutions.\n\n- Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ, Kafka, and event-driven architectures.\n\n- Experience working with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra.\n\n- Knowledge of WinForms, React, and ASP.NET Web APIs.\n\n- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis skills.\n\n- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership abilities.\n\nPreferred Skills : \n\n- Experience with Microservices Architecture and cloud-native application development.\n\n- Exposure to Azure or AWS cloud platforms.\n\n- Experience with Data Lakes, distributed data processing, and analytics platforms.\n\n- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.\n\n- Experience leading architecture
