We work across key domains such as Lending, Collections, KYC, UPI Growth and Ads recommendation, applying advanced machine learning/deep learning/GenAI techniques to solve high-impact challenges. Our work involves a diverse range of data types—including text, image, and tabular data—and we closely collaborate with cross-functional teams like Product, Business, Engineering, etc. to deliver end-to-end solutions.\n\nAbout the Role\nAs a Manager – Data Science, you'll drive the strategy, execution, and impact of data science across Navi's high-growth businesses. You will lead a team of top-tier data scientists, shaping models and solutions that power critical business functions—from lending and collections to UPI and ads.
