on quality, timely delivery, and long-term impact, while ensuring execution predictability.\nSupport hiring efforts through workforce planning, interviewing, and evaluation with a strong focus on building a diverse and skilled team.\nSet the vision for your team and reinforce a business impact-oriented culture, driving a focus on long-term initiatives.\n\nRequirements: \nStrong technical expertise in designing and delivering scalable, reliable, and observable backend systems, including the ability to deeply understand systems to challenge design choices and identify failure points, dependencies, and scalability issues.\nExperience driving end-to-end project delivery, including planning, estimation, risk mitigation, and execution tracking.\nSolid understanding of SDLC best practices (code reviews, testing, CI/CD, on-call processes) and driving operational excellence through metrics.\nDemonstrated ownership and accountability for team outcomes and delivery.\nA strong mindset for Product Thinking and Business Ownership, thinking beyond execution to understand customer and business problems, and linking technical decisions to measurable business outcomes.\nStrong people management skills and stakeholder communication.\nAbility to Navigate ambiguity, prioritise competing demands based on business impact, and make trade-offs pragmatically between business value
