Чем предстоит заниматься:

  • Решение сложных инцидентов: обработка заявок L3, поиск корневых причин (Root Cause Analysis).
  • Управление парком устройств: развитие и администрирование MDM/UEM систем.
  • Автоматизация задач: написание скриптов для настройки ОС и развертывания софта.
  • Контроль соответствия: обеспечение стандартов безопасности (OS hardening, шифрование).
  • Создание базы знаний: разработка инструкций для линий L1/L2 и автоматических скриптов самообслуживания.

Что мы ждем от кандидата:

  • Опыт работы: от 3-5 лет в поддержке L3 или системном администрировании.
  • Администрирование ОС: глубокие знания Windows 10/11, Unix и macOS на уровне внутренних механизмов.
  • Экспертиза в UEM/MDM: опыт работы с Workspace ONE, RuDesktop или аналогичными системами.
  • Автоматизация и скриптинг: уверенное владение PowerShell (для Windows) и Bash/Python (для macOS), ansible
  • Сетевые технологии: понимание работы сетей (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) и протоколов аутентификации (Kerberos, SAML, OAuth, OIDC).
  • Инфраструктурные сервисы: опыт работы с Active Directory, Keycloak, Group Policies (GPO), PXE.
  • ИБ сервисы: KES, Bi.Zone EDR.
  • Способность понятно объяснять сложные технические решения.

Будет плюсом:

  • Интеграции: Опыт интеграции MDM-систем через API с другими сервисами (например, ITSM/Jira/Kaspersky).
  • Методологии: Опыт работы с методологией Infrastructure as Code (IaC), GitOps.
