Dishwasher (Full-Time)(11a-7p) - The Reserve at Mills Farm

The Reserve at Mills Farm is looking to add a Dishwasher to our team. Our Dishwasher is responsible for performing various kitchen cleaning and storage activities, but not limited to dish washing, pot washing, general and equipment cleaning, storage and rotation of food and supplies. The Dishwasher is also responsible for janitorial duties in various dining services areas such as Dining Room, Bistro and other areas associated as a Dining Activity.

This is a Full-Time opportunity to join a great team! Shift Schedule will be 11a-7p and will include weekends.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload dishwashing machines
• Wash specific items by hand (e.g. wooden cutting boards, large pots and delicate china)
• Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment appropriately
• Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses and utensils, especially during peak hours.
• Maintain cleaning supplies stock (e.g. detergents) and place orders when necessary.
• Check washing machines’ operation and promptly report any technical/performance issues.

Requirements

• Work experience as a Dishwasher or on Wait Staff
• Ability to follow instructions and help with various tasks, as needed
• Time management skills
• Attention to detail and sanitation rules
• High school diploma is a plus
• Availability to work in shifts, during weekends and evenings
