Find out more below!\nResponsibilities\nHow do I make an impact on my team?\nProvide elevated technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Respond timely to queries in person, over the phone, and in email from customers seeking technical help. Record user interactions in Service Desk application\nAsk questions to determine the nature of the problem and run diagnostic programs to resolve problems\nFollow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved. Escalate appropriately to other support teams, as needed\nKeen attention to detail and maintaining accurate inventory system\nAdept at reading, writing, and interpreting technical documentation and procedure manuals\nStrong ability to drive technical requirements and project plans to completion\nParticipate in and support capacity planning and the development of long-term strategic goals for systems and software in conjunction with end-users, third party vendors, and peers\nAssist in the planning of upgrades/releases of data center and IT systems and software to limit user impact\nSome travel may be required\nProvide after-hours support through a rotating on-call schedule\nOther duties as assigned\nQualifications\nWhat our team expects from you?
