Senior Product Manager

Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team at Nawy Real Estate. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of our real estate platform by defining and executing the product strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers to identify product enhancements, prioritize features, and ensure a seamless user experience throughout the platform. • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with the company’s business goals.

• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

• Set product goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.

• Make data-driven decisions to balance short-term goals with long-term product vision.

• Write clear, detailed product requirements and user stories.

• Oversee the product from ideation through development, launch, and growth stages.

• Track product metrics post-launch, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes.

• Gather feedback through customer interviews, surveys, and usability studies.

• Create and prioritize product features based on user needs and feedback.

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure the product is user-friendly and intuitive.

Requirements

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager with software for mission-critical products, working with Agile methodology.

• Background in engineering, technology, or UX preferred

• Proven experience in customer development, product definition, feature scoping, and balancing tradeoffs for industry

• Leading business software products.

• Strong organizational skills: ability to track and prioritize multiple issues.
• Must be a strong collaborator, team player, and ability to manage a team

• Experience working with agile teams.
