career-progression pipelines.\nManage the annual performance management cycle by working alongside HR team in rollout of goal setting, performance reviews and managing the performance calendar. \nCollaborate with key stakeholders to ensure solutions are relevant, drive key business outcomes, align to key talent strategies, and reinforce the culture across the company.\nRequirements\nMinimum of 8 to 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with a heavy and dedicated focus on Talent Management, Talent Development.\nDeep expertise in performance management, succession planning, and competency mapping.\nStrong business acumen with the ability to translate strategic business goals into people initiatives.\nSolid experience in performance management, succession, HiPo frameworks.\nLearning agility and strong AI Fluency.\nStrong critical thinking (being able to draw from past experience and build something that fits
