ServiceNow HRSD Developer / Consultant\nWe are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer / Consultant with strong expertise in ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) to join our team and work on enterprise-level implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and managed services.\n\n Experience\n8+ years of IT experience\n5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow HRSD experience\n\n Key Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, configure, and deploy solutions across the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on HRSD.\nLead and contribute to end-to-end ServiceNow HRSD implementations for large enterprise environments.\nConfigure and develop HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, Knowledge Management, and Lifecycle Events.\nDevelop and enhance ServiceNow applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, integrations, and other platform components.\nSupport production enhancements, defect resolution, architectural changes, upgrades, and major ServiceNow releases.\nTranslate HR business requirements into scalable and maintainable ServiceNow HRSD solutions.\nWork closely with HR, IT, business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to deliver enterprise solutions.\nSupport managed service delivery models, including production support, continuous improvement, SLA-driven delivery, and platform optimization.\nEnsure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices for performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and upgradeability.\nParticipate in solution design, technical discussions, estimation, testing, deployment, and post-production support.\nWork on integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and HCM/HR systems and other enterprise applications.\nProvide technical guidance and support to team members and contribute to platform governance and standards.\n\n Mandatory Skills\nServiceNow HRSD – 5+ years\n8+ years overall IT experience\nHR Case Management\nEmployee Service Center (ESC)\nKnowledge Management\nLifecycle Events\nServiceNow configuration & development\nEnd-to-end HRSD implementation experience\nEnterprise ServiceNow environments\nServiceNow upgrades / major releases\nProduction support & enhancements\nManaged services / AMS experience\nHCM / HR systems and integrations\nStrong stakeholder and client-facing communication\n\n Preferred / Good-to-Have\nServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)\nServiceNow HRSD certification\nExperience with enterprise-scale ServiceNow transformations\nExperience working with ServiceNow integrations and APIs\nKnowledge of ServiceNow scripting and development\nExperience with platform architecture and technical design\nExperience handling complex enhancements and production issues\nExperience working in client-facing consulting
