The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eCommerce fulfillment and warehouse operations, high attention to detail, and a passion for live sports/concerts and retail operations.\nThe Retail Warehouse Lead - eCommerce will own the day-to-day execution of order picking, packing, and fulfillment at the Intuit Dome, ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders. This role will also support order exception handling, help guide warehouse teammates on fulfillment best practices, and ensure a clean, organized, and efficient fulfillment space. The eCommerce Lead should demonstrate strong attention to detail and be able to work closely with the Assistant Manager, Retail Warehouse and warehouse team.\nTo be considered, you should exhibit a strong history of accurate, high-volume order fulfillment, a commitment to following established processes with consistency, and a willingness to be hands-on with execution. You should also be a people-first team player who is obsessed with accuracy and customer experience, and most importantly making a lasting impact in sports retail and merchandise.\nThis is a seasonal part-time position for the 2026-27 NBA season based at the Intuit Dome located in Inglewood, CA. Due to the nature of this industry, the candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule including weeknights, weekends, and holidays to cover high profile concerts and NBA games. Work hours will fluctuate based on event schedules and business needs.\nWhat You Will Do\nLead the daily execution of eCommerce order picking, packing, and shipping to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.\nMonitor daily order volume and backlog, prioritizing workload to meet service level commitments.\nValidate the accuracy of order and inventory information across all platforms and systems.\nRespond to and resolve inbound eCommerce customer inquiries and order issues.\nIdentify and escalate fulfillment exceptions or system issues to warehouse leadership as appropriate.\nServe as a supplemental point of expertise on eCommerce fulfillment systems, providing hands-on support and troubleshooting to ensure smooth daily use.\nTrain warehouse teammates on fulfillment procedures and best practices.\nAdhere to established SOPs and provide feedback for continuous improvement.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe fulfillment area at all times.\nCommunicate daily fulfillment status and priorities to warehouse leadership.\nAssist with other warehouse operations, including receiving, replenishment, and event support, as\nYour Background, Skills and Qualifications\n1-2 years of warehouse or eCommerce fulfillment experience\nExperience with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms a plus\nExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus.\nCustomer service/order issue resolution experience.\nConsistently maintain a high attention to detail.\nAbility to think strategically, problem solve, and multi-task.\nAbility to maintain a positive attitude, demonstrate professionalism, and excellent interpersonal skills.\nAbility to complete work accurately and on time.\nAbility to work independently & in a group setting and demonstrate good judgment skills.\nAbility to learn, contribute and thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.\nDemonstrated ability to communicate and positively interact in a diverse multi-cultural environment.\nMust have availability to work 100% of scheduled events monthly.\nEssential Functions of the Job (Physical Requirements & Working Conditions)\nAbility to lift, carry, push, or pull equipment or materials weighing up to 50 pounds.\nAbility to stand, sit, walk, or remain in a stationary position for extended periods during scheduled shifts.\nAbility to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead and horizontally as needed to perform job duties.\nAbility to ascend and descend stairs and work safely at various heights, including top of stairways, when required.\nAbility to work in confined or enclosed spaces, including elevators, when required.\nAbility to move throughout the venue quickly and safely during events.\nAbility to communicate effectively with guests, coworkers, and supervisors in person and through radio or other communication devices.\nAbility to work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
