Join us to make an impact today!\nIn this role you will:\nDesign and planning of hospitals and clinics\nWork with clients to identify objectives and formulate options\nParticipate in the conceptual design of healthcare projects\nAbility to effectively lead Clinical User Group meetings and participate in client presentations\nTranslate client operational model into architectural design/medical plans\nCollaborate with Architects, Interior Designers, and Project Managers and allied professionals from Concept Design through Construction\nCoordinate or prepare drawings and designs in accordance with best practice and quality expectations\nApply governing regulatory codes and hospital licensing standards, and validate that those requirements for the project are met\nWhat you will need to succeed:\n8 - 12 years healthcare planning experience on a range of project/facility types and size\nBachelor or Architecture Degree (or equivalent) required; M Arch degree preferred\nArchitectural Registration strongly preferred; LEED Accreditation a plus\nPassion for healthcare design and demonstrated excellence in planning design and innovation\nKnowledge of current healthcare planning and programming concepts including patient safety and evidence-based design principles\nUnderstanding of programmatically rich healthcare projects from concept design and programming through construction administration\nExperience participating in client user group meetings and collaborating with all related deliverables\nAdvanced knowledge with issues surrounding innovative healthcare strategic planning, master planning, programming, and design\nFamiliarity with healthcare design literature and evidence-based design research\nAbility to work collaboratively with in-house team of medical planners and coordinate with external consultants\nAbility and interest to manage, design, document and execute small projects independently\nExceptional listening, written, verbal and graphic communication skills required\nProficient in Revit with 3D modeling skills preferred\nKnowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketchup, Rhino or 3DS Max desired\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)\nThe annual base pay range for this role is anticipated to be between $85,000 and $110,000.
