Join us to make an impact today!\nThe role at a glance:\nNBBJ Los Angeles is seeking a Lead Medical Planner to join their highly collaborative healthcare team. We are seeking a talented individual with experience in the design and planning of complex healthcare environments including large-scale hospitals and ambulatory care centers. This is an opportunity to join a fully integrated design studio where a diverse group of technical architects, interior designers, medical planners, and clinical consultants collaborate as a team from concept design through construction.\nIn your new role, you will:\nLead medical planning for our most complex healthcare projects\nLead master plans, visioning, and programming efforts\nGrow the Healthcare practice: develop and execute new and existing client relationships through a deep understanding of client enterprise and needs\nWork closely with the Studio Core Team and Healthcare Practice Leadership to continually identify and generate business opportunities that broaden the Healthcare practice\nAbility to effectively participate in Clinical User Group meetings and client presentation\nProven ability to collaborate with other Medical Planners, Architects, Interior Designers, and Project Managers from Concept Design through Construction\nAdvance the Healthcare practice’s reputation through conference presentations, journal articles and social media communication\nHave proven success in planning and developing new projects as well as the ability to motivate and inspire teams, both internally and externally.\nWhat you will need to succeed:\nMedical Planning experience - complex healthcare projects of all scales and program types\nDemonstrated excellence in design and innovation\nCA experience working with OSHPD and local jurisdictions\nExperience in leading Healthcare projects from programming/concept design through construction administration\nExperience working in a collaborative environment with design teams, consultants, clients\nSkilled in leadership and management of user group engagements and development of deliverables\nFamiliarity with issues surrounding innovative Healthcare strategic planning, MP, and programming\nLocal client relationships and experience marketing Healthcare projects\nFamiliarity with current industry practices, trends, and innovation\nRevit proficient, encouraged\nWillingness to travel\nExceptional presentation skills\nProfessional Licensure, encouraged\nLEED Accreditation encouraged\nFamiliarity with LEAN Concepts\nThe annual base pay range for this role is anticipated to be between $120,000 and $160,000.
