In this role, you'll bridge the gap between development teams and stakeholders, manage agile workflows, and ensure successful delivery of software and digital integration projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a technical background who wants to grow their project management skills while staying connected to hands-on development work.\nThis role is for individuals able to work in our New York Office and will be working on digital marketing products that include the Bravo website, NBC Insider, Peacock Blog and NBC Affiliate Marketing websites. The Technical Project manager will facilitate technical integrations with internal NBC Platforms, 3rd Party vendors and help with AI integrations.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage end-to-end coordination of technical projects including web applications, API integrations, and digital platform implementations\nFacilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming\nCreate and maintain sprint plans, user stories, and technical documentation\nServe as the primary liaison between development teams, product owners, editorial teams and stakeholders\nTrack project progress using agile metrics and tools, identifying and resolving blockers\nMaintain project tracking systems in Airtable or similar platforms, ensuring accurate sprint velocity and burndown metrics\nReview technical specifications and provide input on feasibility and timelines\nFind and grow opportunities in the AI and Agentic AI space, working with internal AI Taskforces and staying ahead of the curve on the latest developments.\nSupport QA processes and coordinate deployment schedules\nIdentify opportunities to streamline development workflows and improve team efficiency\n Basic Requirements:\n3+ years of experience in technical project coordination, software development, or related technical role\nLight coding experience (HTML/JSON, JavaScript, Python, Selenium or similar) with ability to understand technical discussions\nWorking knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and technical integration concepts\nFamiliarity with Scrum or Agile methodologies\nStrong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders\nProficiency with project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Airtable, Asana, Trello, Github, or similar)\nComfortable working in fast-paced technical environments with shifting priorities\nDesired Characteristics:\nExperience as a Scrum Master or in an Agile Project Manager role\nHands-on experience with Analytic Tools (Adobe, mParticle) REST APIs, authentication protocols (OAuth, API keys), and integration workflows\nProficiency with Git/version control concepts and workflows\nWorking knowledge of Airtable, including automations, and API usage\nExperience with content management systems (CMS), Drupal a Plus\nBonus: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices\nBonus: Understanding of database concepts and data modeling\nBonus: Scrum Master Certification (CSM) or similar agile certification\nBonus: Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field or experience.\nWhat You Will Bring\nTechnical curiosity and ability to quickly understand new systems and technologies\nStrong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset\nCollaborative approach to working with engineering teams\nProactive communication style that keeps all team members informed\nFlexibility to adapt processes as project requirements evolve\nAI First attitude with a passion for continuous improvement and learning new technical skills \nAbility to balance technical precision with business priorities\nThis position offers growth potential within our digital team and opportunities to develop both technical expertise and project management leadership skills across diverse technical initiatives.\nAdditional Requirements:\n Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week.
