Partnering closely with executives and cross-functional teams across NBC, Bravo and Peacock, you will play a key role in leading Entertainment SG&A, driving strategic financial insights and influencing how the organization manages its resources and invests for the future. This highly visible role offers broad exposure across the business, opportunities for growth, and a pathway to develop an enterprise-wide understanding of the business.\n Here you can:\nOwn Entertainment’s SG&A financial story, providing senior leadership with a clear view of spending, trends, risks and opportunities \nLead Entertainment Overhead/Cash forecasts for major cycles (Estimates, Long Range Plan, Budget, etc.) \nServe as a primary Finance partner for senior executive department leaders spanning all functions (Business Affairs, Comms, Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, Programming, Strategy, etc.) \nOwn the Entertainment workforce strategy and headcount planning/reporting \nDeliver cost results and future forecasts to CFOs, translating financial results into actionable business insights \nPartner with CFOs on special projects and cost initiatives \nDrive cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Controllership and Corporate teams across Universal Entertainment business units and NBCU to ensure coordinated processes and timely reporting \nLeverage existing financial system to build robust analytical tools to support pacing, estimate processes and shape decision making for management \nManage ad-hoc projects, analyses, and presentations, including SAC Workforce Planning and SAC Global Overhead model project \nOwn/Lead SAP S/4 project updates and transition for Entertainment \n Here you'll need:\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field \n8+ years of Finance experience \nHigh proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint \nProficiency with SAP (preferred but not required) \nWhat we'll look for:\nExcellent quantitative and analytical skills\nInquisitive and able to think through interdependencies of processes\nProactive approach to problem solving\nSolid work ethic and follow through\nDetail oriented and strong organizational skills\nLeadership skills to guide, influence, and coordinate multiple business units by building strong working partnerships\nAbility to operate and communicate effectively across diverse cultural and business environments; exceptional interpersonal skills\nAbility to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines\nAbility to effectively handle sensitive and confidential matters\nOutstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create and deliver presentations\nAdvanced knowledge of Excel including formulas, pivot tables, advanced spreadsheets\nWillingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends as necessary\nHybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week.
