The role will have the ability to gain an in-depth view and understanding of the Peacock streaming business and be an integral member of the team that is analyzing results and modeling future revenue and expenses in meeting the growth and expansion plans of the Peacock business.\nResponsibilities\nResponsible for forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis of NBCUniversal's Peacock business. Provide high level financial modeling and analysis and be well-versed in the creation of dynamic financial models. Must be analytical and business minded. Must be able to dig into the details to analyze and understand causes of budget/actual variances.\nHelp to craft the overall Peacock story and prepare PowerPoint presentations for senior management, including pacings, estimates, operating reviews and leadership town halls/offsites.\nAssist in the Long Range Plan and Budget processes, including analyzing business unit operating plans and goals, reviewing budget proposals, and preparing variance analysis and supporting documentation.\nOwn the day to day management of the Peacock Model, lead the Monthly Pacing consolidation of Peacock results and act as the main point of contact for all Operational Finance partners.\nLead Peacock Cash consolidation/forecasting for all major cycles (Est, LRP, Budget, Pacing) and own/refine the Cash Model to align with latest business assumptions and trends.\nAssist in the management and build out of Content P&L reporting and look to find ways to refine/enhance the process to meet leadership deadlines and objectives.\nLeverage existing financial system to build out push button reporting. Help to work on system transition as a Peacock representative for SAP S4 and SAC integration/transition.\nSupport Vice President, FP&A in preparing all Media Group and Corporate FP&A data request submissions on behalf of the Peacock business and provide variance explanations.\nManage a team of 1 individual, providing leadership, coaching, and development opportunities, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration\n Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field\nMinimum eight (8) years of finance or accounting experience\nFinance and accounting skills, including Financial Planning and Analysis\nExperience with Executive Presentations\nSolid familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint\nExperience with ERP systems, such as SAP/BPC\nDesired Characteristics\nIdeal Candidate: Strategic thinker with industry knowledge\nEffective relationship management and influencing skills\nHighly analytical\nEasily adapt to change in everchanging media landscape\nDetail oriented and a critical thinker, able to solve challenges as they arise\nExcellent judgment and problem-solving skills\nAbility to work independently, execute, and thrive in a fast-paced environment\nAdditional Requirements\nHybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week.
