The group operates from numerous locations around the world, including New York, New Jersey, Los Angeles, Denver, and London.\nThe Senior Finance Analyst will play an integral role on the Engineering Finance team, which oversees the consolidation and analysis of financial information (EBITDA, Capital, Headcount, Allocations) across multiple lines of business in critical and emerging technologies. This role will report to the Manager of Engineering Finance within the Engineering Finance organization.\nHere you can:\nSupport the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly financial outlook processes for assigned areas.\nAnalyze key financial metrics, variances, and trends, and prepare concise summaries for executive-level presentations.\nPerform monthly close activities, including allocations, accruals, and company-wide cross charges, ensuring timely and accurate completion.\nEnsure the accuracy and completeness of financial data, including headcount information, and provide reporting on financial performance.\nBuild effective working relationships across the Operations and Technology Finance organization.\nServe as a point of contact for Engineering teams, supporting their day-to-day financial needs.\nPartner with operational teams to support purchase order management, reporting, and analysis.\nMaintain clear financial process documentation.\nPerform ad hoc financial analyses to support business decisions.\nIdentify and implement opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia.\n Basic Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.\nAt least two years of finance experience with progressively increasing responsibilities.\nSolid financial and analytical skills, including the ability to develop financial models, analyze large data sets, and communicate results clearly.\nProven attention to detail and proficiency working with data in Excel, and other financial systems.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using Copilot or similar productivity tools.\nAbility to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues across Finance, Operations, and other cross-functional teams.\nExceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments, meet tight deadlines, and make sound decisions under pressure.\nAbility to adapt and perform effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented, and rapidly changing environment.\nDesired Qualifications\nAbility to quickly learn new concepts, solve problems independently, and take initiative on projects that support department goals.\nDemonstrated commitment to continuous improvement, including identifying and implementing financial-process and reporting best practices.\nExperience in the Entertainment, Media, or Technology industry.\nKnowledge of SAP or Essbase.\nHybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week.
