The primary focus of this role is the consolidation of global forecasts, budgets, and financial results, as well as the preparation of reporting and analysis of overall business performance. The successful candidate must be able to effectively multitask and balance priorities on competing initiatives and deadlines, while demonstrating strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.\nResponsibilities include:\nPlanned job responsibilities are as follows but can change as team priorities evolve:\nSupport Finance Manager in the consolidation and analysis of the Global Consumer Products P&L during financial cycles across Forecast, Budget, Long Range Plan, Quarter-end close and Headquarters pacing.\nSupport Finance Manager with ‘Other Revenue’ across Forecast and Quarter Close, updating reporting and variance analysis.\nOwn assigned components of the Global Consumer Products P&L, including consolidation, reporting, variance analysis, and forecast accuracy, translating financial results into clear business insights, identifying key performance drivers, emerging trends, risks, and opportunities.\nKey contributor for the monthly and quarterly close processes, partnering closely with Controllership to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and deliverables.\nSupport Finance Manager with cost-related deliverables including Overhead expenses and T&E actualization.\nPerform detailed variance analysis and regularly reconcile for accuracy and completeness.\nIdentify, lead and implement opportunities to automate, standardize, and improve financial and operational process improvements.\nAct as a liaison with other departments within FPP, including Controllership, Regional FP&A, IT, Contract Operations and other cross-functional stakeholders.\nCollaborate with Regional Finance teams to ensure companywide financial goals and objectives are being met in a timely and efficient manner.\nLead/assist special projects and other ad hoc analyses as assigned.\nDevelop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance and financial risks/opportunities.\n Qualifications/Requirements:\n3+ years of professional experience in FP&A and/or finance-related fields combined\nBachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field\nCPA, CA, CMA or other professional accounting/finance designation a plus\nStrong accounting and financial reporting knowledge required\nExperience in Consumer Products, Media & Entertainment or Financial Consolidations a plus\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (Power Query) preferred\nStrong analytics and problem-solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, and high standards in quality and accurate reporting\nExperience with SAP preferred (S4/SAC)\nDesired Characteristics:\nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written\nConsistently displays persistence, accountability, and flexibility\nContinuous improvement attitude, ability to seek out and implement best practices\nAbility to work independently as well as part of a team in this fast-paced environment\nStrong analytics and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated initiative\nAbility to multitask and prioritize work assignments and work well under pressure\nExhibit strong analytical, technical, and research skills\nMust be accurate, highly organized, with great attention to detail\nHybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week.
