NBF Capital Limited financials and books of accounts\n2. NBF Financial Services FZC financials and books of accounts\nRegulatory Reporting (CBUAE BRF)\nAccruals and prepaid expenses monitoring and management.\nGL ownership framework compliance and products testing (including NBF Islamic) - Ensuring initiation / execution of the respective level of controls to enhance the control environment. Undertaking product testing from Finance perspective and ensuring seamless reflection in the system from GL / financial / accounting related matters.\nMonth End Processing\nResponsible for the preparation of the policies and procedures manuals and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information with enhanced analysis.\nNew initiatives / projects\nCost Effective Budget and Planning\nTeam Engagement\nStaff engagement and liaison.\nOther Accountabilities\nOther Accountabilities\nCOMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIP S:\nInternal:\n Staff of Business and Functional units. Accruals and prepaid expenses monitoring and management.\n Periodic meetings with respective departments to provide financial guidance and advice on strategies to meet overall bank’s objectives.\n Periodic meetings with Internal Audit on issues relating to policies and procedures.\n Consult IS&T for system related issues.\nExternal:\nPeriodic meeting with external auditors in lieu of the financial statements, Central Bank Returns and other specific issues.\nJob Context\nGL ownership framework compliance and products testing;
