Communication & Collaboration\nOther Accountabilities\nOther Accountabilities\nJob Context\nWorks under the direction of the Unit Head of IT Governance and with the various stakeholders to ensure Quality of IT Service Delivery.\nIT Risk Management\nImplementation, maintenance and integrity of IS&T Quality Management system.\nIT Control Framework design.\nEducation\nBachelors Degree in Engineering or Masters in Computer Applications\nCertification in ISO 9K Lead Auditor\nExperience and Skills\nEducation level (Desired/Equivalent)\nIT or Commercial Degree required\nCertification in ISO 9K Lead Auditor\nITIL Foundation Level\nCOBIT (Preferred)\nProject Management Certification (Preferred)\nISO 20K Auditor/Lead Auditor/Consultant (Preferred)\nISO 27K Auditor/Lead Auditor (Preferred)\nWork Experience\nMinimum of 5-7 years previous IT or Business experience\nMinimum of 2-3 years as a certified Quality specialist (Preferred)\nExperience in management role (Preferred)\nKnowledge and experience in Industry best practices and standards.\nSkills\nExcellent command of English.
