The successful candidate will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to plan, execute, and communicate testing outcomes, providing clear, actionable insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, along with a commitment to continuous learning, adaptability, and professional development. It also contributes to team capability growth through coaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing with interns and graduate testers.\nA bit about you\nThe ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in offensive security, penetration testing, and security assurance within complex enterprise environments. They will have the ability to plan, execute, and communicate technical security assessments to a range of stakeholders, while balancing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality outcomes. The role requires strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills, along with experience in security frameworks, testing methodologies, automation, and emerging technologies. The candidate at a minimum will have industry recognised offensive security certifications from Offsec, HTB or SANS.
