In this role, you will partner with Senior Program Managers and technical delivery teams to coordinate ongoing security engagements, facilitate client communications, manage project plans, and ensure key milestones and deliverables are completed on time. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and confident leading meetings with both internal and client stakeholders. You'll be responsible for tracking actions, coordinating multiple workstreams, maintaining documentation, and helping ensure vulnerability management programs operate efficiently from planning through delivery.\nKey Responsibilities\n\nSummary\n\nProgram Delivery & Coordination\nCoordinate the day-to-day delivery of vulnerability management and cybersecurity programs, ensuring activities remain on track and aligned to agreed timelines.\nMaintain project plans, action logs, RAID logs, and other program documentation to ensure accurate reporting and execution.\nTrack milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple concurrent workstreams, proactively following up on outstanding actions.\nSupport Senior Program Managers in delivering successful client outcomes through strong operational coordination and execution.\n\nClient & Stakeholder Management\nSchedule, facilitate, and document client and internal meetings, ensuring agendas, meeting minutes, decisions, and action items are clearly communicated and followed through.\nBuild strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders through professional, timely, and proactive communication.\nServe as a day-to-day point of contact for program activities, escalating risks, issues, or blockers to Senior Program Managers when appropriate.\nProvide regular program updates to stakeholders, ensuring visibility into progress, milestones, and upcoming deliverables.\n\nProgram Governance & Reporting\nMaintain program governance artifacts, including status reports, RAID logs, dashboards, project plans, and supporting documentation.\nMonitor Program health by tracking risks, issues, dependencies, and action items, ensuring concerns are identified and escalated in a timely manner.\nSupport the preparation of client governance meetings, reporting packs, and executive status updates.\nEnsure program documentation is accurate, organized, and aligned with NCC Group delivery standards and best practices.\n\nOperational Excellence\nCoordinate activities across delivery teams to ensure work progresses efficiently, and operational blockers are addressed promptly.\nIdentify opportunities to improve program processes, templates, and ways of working to drive greater consistency and efficiency.\nCoordinate recurring vulnerability management activities, including assessment scheduling, remediation tracking, reporting cadence, and stakeholder follow-up.\nSupport onboarding, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Program Management team.\nContribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment by sharing best practices and supporting colleagues when needed.\nSkills, Knowledge & Expertise\n\nWhat we are looking for in you\n\nMinimum Requirements:\n3-5+ years’ experience in project management, program management, portfolio management, or complex delivery within a consulting or professional services environment.\nDemonstrated experience leading multiple concurrent initiatives or accounts with shared objectives and dependencies.\nStrong client-facing background, including engagement with senior and executive stakeholders.\nAbility to translate business goals into executable programs that deliver measurable outcomes.\nProven financial and commercial acumen at a program or portfolio level.\nExcellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.\n\nDesirable Requirements:\nExperience delivering cybersecurity, technology, or risk-based consulting services.\nBachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; advanced degree a plus.\nRelevant certifications such as PRINCE2, AgilePM, PMP, PPM, or equivalent.\n\nWays of working\n\nFocusing on Clients and Customers.\nWorking as One NCC.\nAlways Learning.\nBeing Inclusive and Respectful.\nDelivering Brilliantly.\n\nOur company\n\nAt NCC Group, our mission is to create a more secure digital future.
