We are building the core of our Digital Identity services and are looking for an experienced IAM Engineer to become one of our core delivery team members in implementing IAM / PAM solutions.\nFrom there, there will be multiple paths of further development, from staying specialised in IAM / PAM vendor technology to broadening to more consultant and managed services roles.\nThe NCC Group provides full end to end cyber services to enterprise clients across the globe, delivery projects and managed services that address risks, provide value, and innovate for the future.\nKey Responsibilities\nSummary\nThe ideal candidate will have previous hands-on IAM or PAM engineering, system integration or delivery experience, configuring key functions and use cases and being familiar with implementation methodologies.\nThe candidate will have engineering experience with at least one IAM or PAM vendor technology, ideally with certifications gained or being studied.\nThe candidate will also have some experience speaking with clients and communicating with technical stakeholders.\nSkills, Knowledge & Expertise\nWhat we are looking for in you\nIAM / PAM Solution Delivery Engineer, being a key contributor throughout the delivery process - Requirements, Design, Implementation, Testing, Deployment, Support. \nTechnical Expert and Leader for IAM / PAM vendor/s, achieving and retaining certifications and providing technical support and information as required to the rest of the team. \nSupport Innovation within the NCC team, developing and refining tools, methodologies, training and other components to improve team effectiveness. \n\nSolution Implementation Experience\nImplementation experience in project or managed services teams working on some of the activities below: \nRequirements and design of IAM/PAM solutions. \nImplementation of IAM/PAM use cases e.g. application onboarding, lifecycle processes, privileged session management. \nUnit and Integration of IAM/PAM solutions and supporting peer QA and testing. \nPlatform setup of IAM/PAM solutions. \nPost-implementation activities e.g. user testing, troubleshooting and support. \nCommunication with team members and stakeholders verbally and in written form, including professional and technical documentation. \n\n IAM / PAM Vendor Experience\nHave core experience in at least one of the following IAM / PAM Vendors: \nSailPoint (ISC preferred, IIQ accepted) \nSaviynt \nOkta /. Auth0 \nMicrosoft Entra (preferred) \nDelinea (preferred) \nCyberArk \nBeyondTrust \n“Core” knowledge demonstrated by experience in implementing functions / configuring the solution hands on and creating configuration files. Number of projects for each vendor, breadth of use cases implemented, and project complexity are all also valued. \nCertifications for vendors are valued but not required if equivalent experience can be demonstrated. \nFamiliarity with some IAM / PAM adjacent vendor technologies, such as: \nDirectory systems such as Microsoft Active Directory \nCloud Services Platforms (CSP) such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform \nIT Service Management (ITSM) systems such as ServiceNow \nHR Management Systems (HRMS) systems such as SAP, Workday, SuccessFactors \nDevOps and Source Code Management tools such as GitHub and Docker. \n\n IAM / PAM Concept Experience\nHave experience and familiarity in some of the following IAM / PAM concepts \nJoiner Mover Leaver and Access Requests \nAccess Reviews \nMultifactor Authentication / Passwordless Authentication \nRole Based Access Controls (RBAC), Separation of Duties (SoD) Policies and other access policy \nPrivileged Account Discovery and Onboarding \nPrivileged Session Management and Just in Time \nSupporting technologies such as: \nJava, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets \nXML, SPML/SOAP \nWeb Services \n\nWays of working\nFocusing on Clients and Customers. \nWorking as One NCC. \nAlways Learning. \nBeing Inclusive and Respectful. \nDelivering Brilliantly. \n\nOur company\nAt NCC Group, our mission is to create a more secure digital future.
