This opportunity suits a knowledgeable, commercially minded professional who can translate business plans into practical delivery and measurable results.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n Develop and implement launch and operating plans for both companies.\n\n Coordinate product development, pricing and partnerships with insurers, healthcare providers and distribution partners.\n\n Establish effective processes for customer enrolment, policy and benefits administration, claims coordination and complaints management.\n\n Coordinate regulatory readiness and compliance with relevant internal and external specialists.\n\n Build a customer pipeline through relationships with employers, institutions, associations and other target markets.\n\n Manage daily operations and recommend staffing, technology and resources as the businesses grow.\n\n Maintain clear operational records and provide regular performance reports to Group Management.\n\nCandidate Requirements\n\n A relevant degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, Health Management or a related discipline.\n\n At least seven years’ relevant experience in the HMO, health insurance or wider insurance sector, including management responsibility.\n\n Strong practical knowledge of HMO operations, insurance products, provider networks, claims administration and customer service.\n\n Demonstrated experience in business development, corporate sales or partnership management.\n\n Sound understanding of relevant regulatory requirements and compliance processes.\n\n Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills.\n\n Ability to work independently, establish processes and deliver results within a developing business.\n\n Relevant professional qualifications and experience launching products or establishing a new business unit will be an
