The role will also be responsible for maintaining positive and professional relationships with customers while ensuring timely resolution of outstanding balances.\nHow you’ll make an impact:\nResponsible for maximising cash collection, reduce outstanding debt and bad debt risk, and ensure the sales ledger remains accurate and aligned with KPI targets\nProvide excellent customer service by building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, resolving queries promptly, and managing payment plans and credit control activities effectively\nDeliver accurate financial reporting, daily bank reconciliations, credit risk monitoring and effective use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.\nSupport efficient Accounts Receivable operations, drive process improvements and contribute to NCFE's overall financial performance.\nPromote continuous improvement, support team objectives and contribute to a positive, collaborative workplace culture.\nWe’d love to hear from you if you offer the following:\nProven experience in credit control within a complex organisation.\nExperienced user of accounting software and proven ability to adapt to new systems.\nStrong knowledge of debt collection processes and negotiating payment arrangements. \nA good understanding of the legal process of debt collection\nConfident relationship builder with customers and internal stakeholders. \nExcellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines accurately. \nStrong IT skills, including accounting systems, Excel, and Microsoft Office applications. \nExcellent communication, attention to detail, and a positive, proactive approach.\nFeeling inspired?
