You’ll also play a key role in shaping and enhancing finance systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, driving process improvements and supporting strategic business decisions within a collaborative, forward-thinking organisation.\nHow you’ll make an impact:\nDeliver accurate, insightful financial reporting that supports informed decision-making, strengthens financial controls and improves organisational performance\nWork closely with operational teams to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, manage costs, develop robust business cases and optimise systems and processes\nChampion continuous improvement, ensure regulatory compliance and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture\nWe’d love to hear from you if you offer the following:\nA qualified accountant (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, ACA) \nExperience producing monthly accounts, forecasts and budgets \nExperience preparing and reviewing Balance Sheet reconciliations to support the underlying accounting information. \nStrong IT skills with an understanding of the importance of data management\nProficient in Excel and other commonly used Microsoft Office applications\nExperienced user of accounting software and proven ability to adapt to new systems. \nExcellent communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong attention to detail with good analytical skills\nA team player with good interpersonal skills. \nFeeling inspired?
