and Project Planning, demonstrating the ability to lead and organize complex initiatives.\n\nFamiliarity with Agile Methodologies and Scrum frameworks.\n\nUnderstanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).\n\nExcellent Communication, Leadership, and Problem Solving skills.\n\nA proactive approach to Stakeholder Management and Risk Management.\n\nExperience & Expertise:\nA minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience in project coordination or management, ideally within a software development or IT environment.\n\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize
