Work seamlessly with technical teams to resolve any such\nconflicts before they turn out to be project risks / client escalations.\n\nResponsible for profitability of projects and should be able to accept revenue targets.\nResponsible for implementation of new processes using automation tools to save timeand maximize productivity\n\nBuild and foster a high-performance & process driven culture, mentor team membersand provide your team with the guidance and motivation to make things happen. Foster\ncollaborative culture across the organization.\n\nDrive customer satisfaction by effectively tracking project milestones, deliverables, andchange requests. Serve as a liaison to timely communicate information regarding any\nchanges w.r.t project milestones, resources allocations, project completion etc.\n\nCoordinate with vendors and contractors along with internal teams to deliver projectswithin timelines.\n\nAdhere to organization's PMO initiatives aimed at continuously improving processes &practices.
