We have several accreditations, and this shows our continued commitment to environmental and social responsibility.\nThe Role\nWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, skilled Chef to join our team in the University’s In-House fast paced catering department EAT@NEWCASTLE with the flexibility to move between units on our Newcastle campus. This role is full time all year round.\nWe are looking for people who can bring a broad experience of working with food preparation and cooking and it is important that you hold a level 2 Food safety for caterer’s certificate.\nWe are particularly keen to hear from people who have demonstrable experience in a range of cooking techniques whilst always complying with Food Hygiene regulations.\nWorking with other chefs, we encourage you to generate new ideas in relation to menus to constantly meet the changing needs of our diverse customers.
