Essential (Honours or SABPP registration - Advantageous)\n\n10+ years' HR experience, including 5+ years' HR leadership across a multi-property group - Essential\n\nHospitality or service industry experience - Essential\n\nStrong knowledge of South African labour law and IR\n\nExperience in reward, grading, payroll, Employment Equity and skills reporting\n\nSkills and Attributes\n\nAble to coach and influence senior managers\n\nStrategic thinker with hands-on execution\n\nStrong data, reporting and HR systems skills\n\nExcellent communication and presentation skills\n\nValid driver's licence and willingness to travel\n\nSALARY & BENEFITS\n\nPackage: R50,000 -
