# Group HR Manager

Our client, a well-established South African hotel and resort group with properties across the country, is seeking a Group HR Manager to lead its people function from its Centurion support office. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will set the group HR strategy, lead the HR, L&D and administration team, and make sure the group attracts, develops and retains great people while staying fully compliant. Duties & Responsibilities People Strategy & HR Leadership Set the annual group HR strategy, plan and budget, aligned to business goals Lead workforce planning, organisational design, grading and headcount control Lead the HR team and area HR officers, ensuring consistent practice across properties Advise the MD, executive committee and General Managers on all people matters Talent & Recruitment Own the talent acquisition strategy, employer brand and applicant tracking system Lead recruitment for senior and critical roles, and manage agency and labour suppliers Drive succession planning, onboarding, engagement and retention Learning & Development Set the group L&D strategy and manage the online learning platform Drive leadership development, learnerships and Skills Dev
