Without a secure way to save, invest, or transfer money, individuals are not empowered to accumulate short or long-term wealth. We're changing that by bridging the gap between traditional banking and the communities that need it most.\nAbout the Role\nAs the Product Ops Manager - Wallets, you'll lead the in-market rollout and day-to-day operation of Nclusion's digital wallet and loyalty card products across markets where gaming has already launched. You'll be the operational owner who translates the product roadmap into live digital wallets & loyalty programs on the ground. You’ll partner with Product on features and feedback, market readiness, stickiness, and churn - and with Country GMs on launch sequencing.\nThis is a builder's role for someone who stays closer to the market than the roadmap, spotting what's breaking in-country and fixing it fast. This role may assume additional group functions over time, including centralized customer centre operations, as the operating model evolves, ensuring effective governance, service excellence, and continuous improvement.\nWhat You’ll Do\nOwn wallet and loyalty card rollout end-to-end in each new market post-gaming launch, from readiness checks through go-live GTM.\nTranslate field feedback into product requirements and represent field reality in roadmap conversations.\nPartner with Country GMs to sequence expansion against local market readiness, actively bridging gaps between gaming-incentive ops and wallets/loyalty services.\nMonitor wallet adoption, usage, and performance KPIs; flag issues before they become escalations.\nCoordinate with Network & Gaming Operations to align wallet rollout within agent network and GTM plans.\nEnsure agent readiness: onboarding, KYC, operational capacity.\nBuild SOPs, playbooks, and training materials to distinguish the wallet from the gaming product it's layered on that can be applicable market to market.\nMonitor wallet and crypto/stablecoin trends and assess relevance for Nclusion's markets.\nWhat You Bring to the Table\n8+ years in digital wallet, mobile money, fintech, or payments product operations, ideally in frontier markets.\nTrack record launching/scaling a wallet product in a high-growth or startup environment.\nHistory of unblocking a stalled launch, not just managing one on a project plan.\nExperience building a KPI/reporting framework from scratch in a new market, including catching problems from the data before they escalated.\nResults-driven self-starter who thrives with ambiguity and limited process, and builds process as they go.\nCross-functional experience with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and local GM teams.\nCrypto/stablecoin wallet knowledge is a plus, not required.\nBenefits and Perks\nPalo Alto Compensation: $150,000-$200,000\nMiami Compensation: $130,000-$180,000\n 401k with a match!\nMedical Insurance\nDental Insurance\nVision Insurance\nCompetitive compensation & equity - We believe in sharing success.\n Flexible PTO - We focus on impact, not tracking vacation days. We encourage a minimum of 14 days.\n In-office lunch, team events & culture\nIn our commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace, we value the unique perspectives and experiences each individual brings to our team. We encourage all candidates, regardless of background, to apply. Your skills, talents, and potential contributions matter deeply to us, and we believe in creating an environment where everyone has an opportunity to thrive. We recognize that meeting every listed requirement may not always be possible, but we value passion, determination, and a willingness to learn. Your application is an opportunity for us to discover the exceptional qualities you bring.","description_format":"text","description_chars":3823,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":["401k plan","Dental insurance","Equity","Health insurance","Vision insurance"],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Cryptocurrencies"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-13T23:05:16Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":6,"band":"cold","label":"Long shot","p_open":1,"p_active":0.219,"p_room":0.28,"age_days":84,"expected_fill_days":21,"reasons":["conf:3","stale_co","win:tail","crowd:"],"computed_at":"2026-10-14T06:34:16Z"},"pay":{"stated_usd_annual":150000,"is_top_pay":false},"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/nclusion-product-operations-manager-wallets","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/nclusion-product-operations-manager-wallets.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-14T13:30:51Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":16543,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-10-15T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":4422858},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=4422858"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fnclusion-product-operations-manager-wallets"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fnclusion-product-operations-manager-wallets"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fnclusion-product-operations-manager-wallets"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/nclusion-product-operations-manager-wallets\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fnclusion-product-operations-manager-wallets"}]}
