In this role, you'll be the go-to person for turning data into actionable insights for our partner teams. You'll help build and evolve the business intelligence foundation that enables Nclusion to better understand and empower underserved communities by translating complex data into clear answers about what tools and services our customers need to thrive. You'll be analyzing data, maintaining and improving dashboards, and partnering with stakeholders to translate business questions into clear, data-driven answers. As a key member of our growing data team, you'll have the opportunity to help shape how teams across the company leverage data to work more efficiently and effectively, bringing your expertise to influence our data strategy and best practices.\nThis role is based in our Palo Alto office. We work together onsite Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays.\nWhat You’ll Do\nWrite clean and efficient SQL queries to extract and analyze data from our transaction platform and general data systems\nPartner closely with Finance and Operations teams to understand their business needs and build dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making\nHandle ad-hoc data requests with speed and accuracy, balancing urgency with quality\nDocument your work and contribute to best practices for data analysis across the team\nLeverage your expertise in NClusion's data landscape to mentor junior team members and drive data literacy across the organization\nDesign and evaluate experiments (A/B testing) to validate hypothesis and influence feature prioritization.\nWhat You Bring to the Table\n7+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role\nProficiency in SQL, including complex joins and subqueries.\nExperience with BI tools such as Metabase, Tableau, or Looker.\nStrong business acumen and proven ability to translate stakeholder needs into technical solutions\nExcellent communication skills, especially when explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences\nSelf-motivated with a bias toward action and continuous learning\nAttention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work\nEagerness to take on new challenges\nAbility to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple stakeholders\nBenefits and Perks\n401k match with a match!\nMedical Insurance\nDental Insurance\nVision Insurance\nCompetitive compensation & equity - We believe in sharing success.\nFlexible PTO - We focus on impact, not tracking vacation days.
