Reporting to the Director of Treasury, this role focuses on liquidity planning, entity-level funding, and operational controls across a growing network of international subsidiaries. You’ll act as a day-to-day operational counterpart to the Director, helping execute and operationalize treasury processes while partnering cross-functionally to ensure they are practical, scalable, and aligned with regulatory requirements.\nThis role is located in Palo Alto, and we spend 4 days a week working in the office with our team, with one day from home!\nWhat You’ll Do\nBuild and maintain treasury models to facilitate cash positioning and liquidity decisions\nDesign, implement, and manage process controls, delegated authorities across bank partners and internal clearing systems with a emphasis on continuous improvement\nSupport FX execution, settlement and asset yield opportunities where appropriate\nBe the subject matter expert for end to end customer interactions across subledger and platform financial services\nMaintain Risk Management framework across, Operations, Finance, Legal and compliance\nPartner with FP&A, Accounting, Legal, Compliance, and Product to align treasury operations with business and regulatory needs\nContribute to the development of internal tools and processes that support treasury operations as the company scales\nWhat You Bring to the Table\n5+ years of experience in treasury, finance, or related roles\nExperience with cash management, liquidity forecasting, and/or entity-level funding\nStrong understanding of treasury operations, including controls, bank account management, and payment flows\nExperience working in fintech, financial services, or similarly regulated environments\nFamiliarity with cross-border payments or multi-currency environments\nStrong Excel and financial modeling skills\nHigh attention to detail and strong operational discipline\nComfort operating in evolving environments; French language skills and experience with emerging markets or digital asset infrastructure (e.g., stablecoins) are a plus\nBenefits and Perks\n 401k with a match!\nMedical Insurance\nDental Insurance\nVision Insurance\nCompetitive compensation & equity - We believe in sharing success.\n Flexible PTO - We focus on impact, not tracking vacation days.
