This role manages project tasks to ensure the timely completion of key milestones, collaborates with team members to facilitate accurate system conversions, and provides consultative guidance on Ncontracts’ products and services to effectively meet clients’ business requirements.\nA successful Implementation Specialist demonstrates a strong client focus. They establish immediate rapport, quickly understand client needs, and tactfully address challenges while driving implementations forward. They also bring strong influencing skills to help clients fully adopt and utilize Ncontracts, maximizing business productivity, client satisfaction, and long-term retention.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\nLead client transitions from existing systems to the Ncontracts product suite, ensuring smooth conversions through effective client service and change management.\n\nServe as the primary client contact and subject matter expert on the Ncontracts product suite, building strong relationships based on trust and clear expectations.\n\nConduct client training sessions via phone, web, or in person to support adoption and success.\n\nAnalyze client needs, recommend solutions, and proactively consult and advise on best practices and process changes to ensure implementation goals are achieved.\n\nEnsure client requirements and objectives are well defined, documented, and understood by the project team.\n\nMaintain accurate project status in Ncontracts’ project management system to keep projects on track and completed in a timely manner.\n\nCollaborate with leadership, support teams, and sales partners to align client expectations, address issues, and provide product expertise.\n\nContinuously improve the implementation process to enhance client experience, satisfaction, and retention, including recommending advancements in project management practices and methodologies.\n\nTransition clients to ongoing Client Support resources upon successful implementation.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\n2 years prior implementation or training experience required\n\nExperience working in Vendor Management, Business Continuity, Enterprise Risk Management and/or Lending Compliance roles preferred\n\nKnowledge or Ncontracts’ solutions a plus\n\nDemonstrated proficiency with PC software with emphasis on Microsoft Office Suite and web tools for conferencing and training\n\nStrong communications and interpersonal skills\n\nDemonstrated organizational and time management skills\n\nAbility to manage project completion with tight deadlines\n\nAbility to work efficiently and effectively independently and on project teams\n\nWE OFFER ALL REGULAR FULL-TIME TEAM MEMBERS:\nA fun, fast-paced work environment\n\nResponsible PTO Plan that meets or exceeds state and local medical and family leave laws\n\n11 paid holidays\n\nCommunity and social events to keep you connected and engaged\n\nMental Health Benefits\n\nMedical, Dental and Vision insurance\n\nCompany-paid Group Life Insurance, Short- and Long-Term Disability\n\nFlexible Spending Account & Health Savings Account\n\nAflac Benefits - Critical Illness, Cancer Protection, & Hospital Choice\n\nPet Insurance\n\n401 (k) with company match with eligibility on Day 1 of employment\n\n2 Paid Volunteer Time Off Days\n\nAnd much more!\n\n*Part-Time and Contractor positions are not eligible for company benefits, including paid time off, health insurance, and other employee benefit programs.
