This isn't a paperwork job; it's a relationship and momentum job.\nYOU WILL\nManage a portfolio of client renewals end-to-end each month, identifying and helping mitigate roadblocks at an early stage, ensuring successful, on-time completion of processes and contract execution.\n\nSpecific responsibilities include:\n\nTrigger introductory e-mails at least 60 days in advance of client renewal date\n\nSend agreements to clients via Docusign\n\nEnsure timely follow-ups for all client renewals within your portfolio\n\nSchedule and facilitate client meetings as needed\n\nRecord all client communications to Salesforce\n\nPromptly escalate non-responsive or disengaged clients\n\nPopulate tracking tool with all updates\n\nFinalize Renewals by updating Netsuite and Salesforce\n\nYOU BRING\nHighly proactive, “can-do” attitude\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\n\nSolid critical thinking/problem-solving skills\n\nExperience in successfully leveraging AI tools including Claude, ChatGPT, etc.\n\nIntermediate Excel skills\n\nAbility to successfully manage multiple priorities simultaneously\n\n2+ years of related experience.\n\nWHERE THIS CAN TAKE YOU\nThis role is a launchpad, not a ceiling.
