The Analyst will be responsible for implementing contract terms, customer relations both internal and external, monthly reporting, and administrative and data management tasks to ensure efficient, timely and accurate invoices. The Business Operations Analyst will also assist in reconciling monthly invoice entries to the company ERP General Ledger System.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nReview and input Contract Terms to onboard new contracts into Billing Systems\nUpdate contract billing term changes within Billing system\nLoad and manipulate large data sets to normalize data for multipurpose use\nEnsure customer account and banking details are set up correctly according to contract terms\nPrepare and deliver various monthly reports and data analysis\nParticipate in and support timely completion of monthly billing process\nReview and document month over month variances\nWork with Billing Manager and Accounts Receivable team for verification of invoice fulfillment\nCommunicate and coordinate with internal teams and customers to obtain billing information, resolve issues and provide clarifications\nResearch and correct Billing discrepancies\nWork with Billing Manager and Accounting Team to assist with invoice reconciliation for month-end accounting purposes\nUpdate and maintain control log for contract changes and invoice corrections/changes\nPerform tasks associated with standard audit procedures\nMiscellaneous duties as assigned\nBasic Qualifications:\n2 plus years of hands-on experience with contract management, billing and/or accounts receivable responsibilities\nCollege level accounting coursework; Bachelor’s degree a strong plus\nProficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerQuery, Outlook and Power Point\nAdvanced skills in Excel required\nHands-on, self-starter with the ability to independently and effectively follow difficult issues through to resolution\nAbility to process large volumes of data entry with accuracy and efficiency\nMust be detail oriented, organized and be able to multitask\nWell-developed verbal and written communication skills\nStrong critical thinking/problem solving skills\nTeam-oriented\nOffers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.\nEEO Statement\nNCR Atleos is an equal-opportunity employer.
