This opportunity will be based in Dubai, UAE.\nYou will join the Customer Services Delivery team where you will be offered the mentorship and resources required to not just deliver company value but to also draw as much value from your own experiences.\nSo, come join us at NCR and realize your full potential and in the process shape the future of commerce.\nPosition Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility\nEditing and maintaining up-to-date the suppliers/clients records.\n Providing administrative support to clients on project basis (when and where needed)\nPreparing invoices/purchase orders and coordinating the receipt of such orders from suppliers.\nAnswering phones and responding to clients/suppliers requests and inquires.\nCreate and maintain department database on operational activities.\nCoordinate with internal stakeholders regarding BOQ submissions and AMC finalization activities.\nSupport contract finalization and renewal processes for network-related contracts.\nManage post-approval administrative activities including documentation, approvals, and contract execution.\nEnsure timely customer invoicing, vendor order placement, and service renewal confirmations.\nInitiate Local Purchase Order (LPO) requests through ERP systems for approved vendor services.\nCoordinate with vendors to ensure timely acknowledgement of orders and renewal of services.\nAct as the primary liaison between vendors, Finance, and Accounts Payable teams to resolve invoice processing and payment-related issues.\nMonitor contract renewal timelines and ensure procurement activities are completed on schedule.\nManage end-to-end contract administration activities following customer approval.\nCoordinate internal approval processes and required sign-offs.\nHandle hardcopy submissions, contract collection, filing, and documentation management.\nMaintain accurate records of customer contracts, vendor agreements, and related documentation.\nWho You Are\nUniversity degree in Business Administration or any other related discipline.\nGood understanding of administration processes\nCan work on timely manner and able to work with deadlines.\nAbility to work within a team and as well as a standalone role.\n1 - 2 years of relevant work experience.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.\nA good knowledge MS Office (Word/Excel)\nPervious work in matrix organizations and/or multinational companies will be considered as an advantage.\nWho we are\nAt NCR, our employees have been shaping the future since 1884.
