The role serves as a technical expert and mentor, ensuring high service quality, equipment uptime, customer satisfaction, and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).\nKey Responsibilities\nInstall, maintain, upgrade, and repair ATM and self-service banking equipment.\nDiagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, network, and electromechanical issues.\nManage critical customer incidents and perform root cause analysis for recurring faults.\nServe as the primary technical contact for strategic customer accounts.\nProvide technical recommendations and support customer review meetings.\nMentor and coach junior Customer Engineers and newly hired field engineers.\nMaintain accurate service records, manage spare parts inventory, and support continuous improvement initiatives.\nEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.\nRequirements\nBachelor's Degree or HND in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.\n5-8 years of field service experience, including at least 3 years supporting ATMs or self-service banking systems.\nStrong expertise in ATM hardware/software, electromechanical systems, Windows OS, networking (TCP/IP), security devices, preventive maintenance, and root cause analysis.\nProven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and support banking customers in mission-critical environments.\nKey Competencies\nCustomer-focused and results-driven.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nExcellent communication and leadership abilities.\nAbility to work independently, under pressure, and collaboratively within teams.\nAdditional Requirements\nExtensive travel across Ghana.\nAvailability for after-hours, weekend, and holiday support when required.\nAbility to handle and move equipment safely.\nValid driver's license.\nNCR Atleos Ghana is committed to providing industry-leading self-service banking solutions through operational excellence, technical expertise, and exceptional customer service.
