As part of the HR team, this role will provide senior-level guidance and support to managers and employees.\nWith NCR Atleos firmly established in Egypt, the HR Manager will partner closely with site management to effectively oversee employee and labor relations, employee development, and HR business partnership activities. The role will help foster a productive, engaging workplace that supports the company’s success.\nThe HR Manager will also implement workforce initiatives developed by the HR Strategic Business Partners and support strategies relating to Talent and Organizational Effectiveness, Workforce Planning, and Total Rewards.\nKey Responsibilities\nImplement the employee and labor relations strategy proactively.\nResolve escalated HR Central cases that cannot be addressed at Tier I and oversee the delivery of HR support.\nAdvise on, contribute to, and, where appropriate, lead business-aligned projects defined by business or HR leadership.\nEnsure compliance with Egyptian employment law, statutory requirements, and company policies.\nSupport the rollout of corporate programs, including Employee Engagement, Talent Management, Organizational Effectiveness and Compensation and Benefits.\nPartner with managers and employees to develop and implement performance improvement plans.\nManage employee relations matters, including harassment, discrimination, and workplace conflict, to reduce company risk and achieve effective resolutions.\nWork with local legal counsel, Security, and employee representative bodies or unions, as appropriate, and conduct investigations when required.\nCoordinate with HR Strategic Business Partners to implement the people strategy for workforce initiatives, including reductions in force, divestitures, mergers, and acquisitions.\nStrengthen engagement with the HR Central Contact Centre and identify processes suitable for transition to HR Shared Services.\nMaintain and apply a strong understanding of the local business environment and NCR Atleos operations.\nAdvise and guide managers on implementing HR programs.\nCollaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and HR Business Partners to communicate HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Serve as the primary contact for Centers of Excellence, identifying improvement opportunities and supporting program implementation.\nBasic Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Employment Law, or a related field.\nAt least 10 years of experience as an HR Manager in an operational role.\nAt least three years of team leadership experience.\nExperience managing employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary action, and dismissals.\nWorking knowledge of Egyptian employment law and compliance requirements.\nStrong consulting and advisory skills.\nStrong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.\nProven ability to collaborate across departments and resolve complex issues successfully.\nStrong vendor relationship management skills.\nCommitment to continuous improvement and operational efficiency.\nExperience delivering a range of HR programs and projects.\nExcellent command of English.\nPreferred Requirements\nProfessional HR certification or designation.\nChange management experience.\nStrong negotiation skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nOffers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.\nEEO Statement\nNCR Atleos is an equal-opportunity employer.
